I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for New Orleans. The proximity to a great restaurant was a plus. However, it was disappointing that there was no soap or Kleenex provided in the room.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms took a long time to cool off initially, and they weren’t as clean as I expected. However, the wonderful ambiance made up for it. The service was pleasant overall, albeit a little sassy at times. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and provided helpful and friendly assistance. The location, while not perfect, was easy to find although it would have been ideal if closer to Downtown and Louis Armstrong Airport. The hotel was undergoing remodeling but was still very clean. The dining options were a bit hit-or-miss; while some dishes were good, they didn't quite live up to the hype, but I must say I loved the cinnamon rolls. The facilities were decent but could use some improvements.
